USAGE OF MOBILE PHONE USING MOBILE PHONE and ACCIDENT RISK To make phone calls , dial number , answer the ringing phone etc. are the cause of concentration defect and bring about an accident. Drivers have responsibilty on traffic safety so they should not use mobile phone during driving. To close mobile phone is the most effective precaution. Drivres are decrease their speed limit during usage of mobile phone.But this is not enough to decrease the risk. There is probability that drivers can not give any reactions during emergency times if they use mobile phone.
