If drivers get over 100 point twice in a year their driving licence can be taken back for 4 months they have mental tests and controlled by shrink. If there is no problem they can take their licence again. If drivers have 100 penalty point 3 times in a year their driving licence can be take back for an idefinite period
Drivers whose driving licence can be taken back , can take their licence at the end of penalty time applying with filed paper to traffic offices.
